摘要
克孜尔水库地震风险防范系统是在强震台阵、F2活动断层监测设备完善、观测分析中心及抗震风险防范中心等硬件建设的基础上,通过在GIS平台上建立构造纲要、潜在震源区、峰值加速度区划、大坝所在位置等专题图层,完善地震传输系统、大坝数字减灾系统等软件建设。把强震监测信息系统技术应用于水库地震风险防范决策支持和实际运行科学管理,实现可在线处理子台传输过来的地震加速度时程曲线。分析各测点场地最大加速度值、水工结构的动力放大系数、场地卓越频率、结构自振频率、地震持续时间及水库诱发地震判别等重要参数,为各项决策提供可靠的快速支持,从而建立国内首座在活动断层上直接建坝的克孜尔水库大坝的震后快速报警体系和初步数字减灾系统,形成有效的震后快速修复措施,为深入开展活动断层上筑坝技术研究奠定基础。
The seismic risk monitoring system of Kezier Reservoir was built on the bases of stag shock net, F2 active fault monitoring equipment, center of observation and analysis, and anti-seismic center. These installations were functioned by fault compendium established on GIS plafform, potential epicenter, peak value acceleration area, dan location, seismic information transmit system, and digital dan disaster reduction system. The strong seismic monitoring infomation system was applied to antiseismic risk decision support and operation management to realize on-line treatment of the process curve of seismic acceleration transmitted from sub-stations and to analyze the rnaximum acceleration values from various monitoring locations, dynamic magnified modulus, salience frequency, structural self-shake frequency, sustained seismic period, and the judgment of earthquake induced at reservoir. All these would provide reliable rapid support for various decisions making. In this way the first rapid seismic alerting system and primary digital disaster reduction system were built on the dan of Kezier reservoir located on active fault, from which rapid effective repair measures after earthquake were formed and research basis for constructing dan on active fault were provided.
