健康人群35~40岁尿脱氧吡啶酚参考值研究 被引量:2

RESEARCH ON REFERENCE VALUE OF URINE DEOXYPYRIDINOLINE FOR 35~40 YEARS OLD NORMAL POPULATIONS.

摘要 目的:获得本地区35~40岁健康人群尿脱氧吡啶酚的参考值,为临床监测骨质疏松的发生及骨量丢失提供诊断依据.方法:在本地区范围内,随机抽样收集213例正常男性和209例正常女性尿液标本,采用化学发光法检测尿脱氧吡啶酚,紫外酶法检测尿Cr,以nmolDPD/mmolCr比值为单位,对测量结果进行统计学处理.结果:35~40岁健康人群尿脱氧吡啶酚参考值男性为1.47~6.52 nmolDPD/mmolCr;女性为2.44~8.80 nmolDPD/mmolCr;两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:35~40岁健康人群尿脱氧吡啶酚参考值有性别差异,应用时应区别对待. Objective: To obtain the reference value of urine deoxypyridinoline for 35-40 years old local resident population, and then to make the clinical analysis and diagnosis of osteoporosis and bone mass loss.Methods: Random test was conducted with urine samples of 213 males and 209 females. Urine Deoxypyridinoline was measured by chemiluminescence and urine Cr was measured by ultraviolet enzyme assay. The measurement results were treated by statistic methods with nmolDPD/mmol Cr as the unit. Results: The reference value of urine deoxypyridinoline for 35-40 years old local resident population was 1.47-6.52 nmolDPD/mmolCr for males and 2.44- 8.80 nmolDPD/mmol Cr for females. There was significant difference between the reference values for gender. (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The reference values of urine deoxypyridinoline for 35-40 years old normal populations vary according to gender and should be treated differently.
