摘要
目的:探讨工作场所空气中1,2-二溴乙烷的采样和测定方法.方法:用活性炭管采集,用丙酮解吸,经HP FFAP弹性石英毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,外标法定量.结果:方法的检测限为:0.01μg/个采样管;最小检出浓度0.006 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L标准状态下的空气样品计);工作曲线在10~100μg/L范围线性良好,相关系数γ=0.9998,回归方程:Y=1485+151.5X;未发现有干扰物质.结论:本方法能满足<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范>的要求,可用于工作场所空气中的1,2-二溴乙烷的测定.
Objective: To study the sampling and determinating method of Ethylene dibromide among the workplace air. Methods: Ethylene dibromide among the workplace air was sampled by injector directly or absorbed by tube filled with charcoal, then desorbed by ethyl acetate if air was not separated by HP FFAP capillary colunmn manufactured by Angilent. And at last the ethylene dibromide was detected by Gas Chromatography-Electron Capture Detector. Results: Determined by this method, limit of detection amount was 10 μg/L, limit of concentration: 0.006 mg/m^3 (sample volume 1.5 liter), correlative ooefficient r= 0.9998, the limit of detection range was 10 to 100μg/L. Conclusion: This method will satisfy the requirement of Workplace Air - Detemination of Toxicant- Regulation of DevelopmentIll issued by ministry of health, fit to analyze Ethylene dibmmide among air of workin place for Occupational Health.
