摘要
目的:了解长期低剂量电离辐射对职业人员健康的影响,为辐射防护工作提供科学依据.方法:以258名职业放射者为调查对象,分别进行了受照剂量、临床体检、实验室检查.结果:个人受照剂量约为:3.5~0.7 mSv..白细胞总数、血红蛋白、血小板均有随职业工龄的增长而降低的趋势,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).T细胞亚群水平普遍下降,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).外周血淋巴细胞染色体、微核率均明显高于对照组.结论:长期低剂量电离辐射对职业人员具有一定的辐射损伤效应.
Objective: To test the effect of low dosage ionization on the health of professional personnel and to provide the scientific basis for anti-radiation work. Methods: To test of the radiation dosage, physical examination and lab checking were given to 258 professional personnel. Results: Radiation dosage was: 3.5- 0.7 mSv. The total amount of white cells, hemoglobin and blood platelet shaved the tendency of decreasing with the growing service length. Compared with the contrast group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). The level of T cells inferior group generally decreased compared with the contrast (P 〈 0.01). Periph- ery blood lymphocyte chromosome as well as micro- nuclear rate was obviously higher than the contrast group. Conclusion: Longterm ionization radiation of low dosage has certain damaging effect on the health of professional personnel.
