The relativity between the power supply load and the development ＆ application of air conditioner in Changchun is transparent in recent five years; in addition, the contradiction between the development of air condition and the expansion of power supply capacity is increasingly obvious. It is vital to coordinate and solve completely the contradiction between air conditioner employment and power supply.
