摘要
用透射电镜对新疆乌鲁木齐绵羊源和骆驼源细粒棘球蚴囊壁及原头节标本的超微结构进行观察,发现二者之间在囊壁角质层和原头节生发层结构上有明显区别。绵羊源囊壁角质层高电子密度颗粒多,密度大,形成显著的板层状结构;原头节生发层远端胞浆厚,含有多量囊泡。骆驼源囊壁角质层高电子密度颗粒少,不形成明显的板层状结构,原头节生发层合胞体带薄,囊泡少。讨论了这一发现在分类学上的意义。
A comparative observation on ultrastructure of metacestodes of Echinococcus granulosus hasshown that the distal cytoplasma of the protoscolex from sheep is thicker and has more electronlucent vesiclesthan that of the protoscolex from the camel.The laminated layer of the cyst wall from sheep has many small,dense particulate materials,which compose strata,while those are fewer in the laminated layer in the cyst wallfrom camel.Thus,there are more electron denses in layer of the cyst wall from sheep than that from thecamel.
