摘要
近年来自由基医学发展极为迅速,已涉及许多系统的疾病研究。本文着重研究了不同碘缺乏程度对大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响。实验检测了脑组织中GSH-Px、SOD的活性及LPO的含量。发现低碘四个月时大鼠脑组织中SOD活性代偿性升高,GSH-Px和LPO均无明显变化。低碘六个月时SOD和GSH-PX活性均代偿性升高,LPO含量无变化。长期低碘后,SOD和GSH-Px活性均明显降低。结果表明随缺碘程度加深,大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力由代偿性升高变为低下,无法保护脑组织免受自由基损伤。
The relationship between free radical and iodine deficiency disorders was studied by means ofmeasuring the antioxidizing enzyme activities of brain tissue of iodine deficient rats(LI)comparing that of thecontrol group which received low iodine diet plus KI(NI).Four months later,the level of SOD activity in LIgroup was higher with compensation than that of the controls,but GSH-Px activity and LPO content wereno changes. Six months later,the levels of SOD and GSH-Px activity were increased,LPO content was nochange. But one year later,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were all decreased markedly. The above rexultsshowed that deficiency of iodine for a long time would make the antioxidizing ability of brain tissue decreasemarkedly than the controls’,and then brain tissue was injured by the free radical.
