Study on The Transfer of the RP4 Plasmid to Y.pestis

利用携带ＲＰ＿４质粒的大肠杆菌与鼠疫菌进行转移实验，获得了接合子，证实ＲＰ＿４质粒向鼠疫菌转移频率为１０￣（－６），ＲＰ＿４质粒能随鼠疫菌传代，鼠疫菌所含的６５Ｍｄａｌ、４５Ｍｄａｌ、１３Ｍｄａｌ、６Ｍｄａｌ质粒与ＲＰ＿４质粒相容。未发现ＲＰ４质位诱动鼠疫菌质粒ＤＮＡ。鼠疫菌自身质粒不能自行转移。

Utilizing E. coli,RP4 plasmid was transferred to Y. pestis.We obtained a conjugon,testifiedthe frequency that transferring RP4 into Y. pestis was 10-6.RP4 and Y. pestis can inherit stablely together.Plasmids of Y. pestis 65 Mdal,45 Mdal,13 Mdal and 6 Mdal is compatible with RP4.No discovery in RP4 mo-bilized the DNA of Y. pesis. Plasmids of Y. pestis can't be transferred by itself.
