摘要
分析了灯抽运电光调Q固体激光器的特点以及影响其峰值功率的原因,提出了用将激光棒两端面切磨一定角度的方法来改善激光器的关门特性,提高激光器的最大注入能量。以一支Φ7 mm×105 mm的Nd:YAG棒为例进行了实验研究,获得了最大可达2.21%的电光转换效率。
Characteristics of lamp pumped electro-optic Q-switched solid-state laser and reasons effecting the peak power are analyzed. The idea that the YAG rod is cut a certain angle is put forward to improving the hold-off characteristic and increasing the maximum input energy of the solid-state laser. A size of Ф7 mm × 105 mm Nd:YAG is used in the experiment. The maximum electro-optic transformation efficiency of 2.21% is obtained in the experiment.
