用光腔衰荡光谱法判断钕玻璃体损伤的产生 被引量:1

摘要 运用光腔衰荡光谱技术测量钕玻璃在激光辐照下其透过率的变化,判断出钕玻璃体损伤的产生。实验采用直腔型衰荡光腔,通过检测钕玻璃在强激光辐照下产生应力时其透过率的变化,测试出了钕玻璃在强激光辐照下产生体损伤的激光能量密度。该测试方法灵敏度高,且对测试元件无破坏作用。 The transmittivity of Nd-glass will vary when the high power laser radiates. It can be used to determine damage inside the Nd-glass by using the cavity ring-down spectroscopy method. The linear ring-down cavity is used in the experiment. The variety of Nd-glass's transmittivity is determined. The laser energy density is determined when the damage occurred inside the Nd-glass. The method is sensitive and does not destruct influence to the sample.
