１９９５年６～７月，在天祝县松山乡进行了包虫病流行病学调查，采用Ｃａｓｏｎｉ试验检查１３０２人，阳性１５７人，阳性率１２．０６％；ＩＨＡ检查１５５人，阳性１０１人，阳性率６５．１６％；经Ｂ超检查１５０人，发现包囊携带１５人，发病率１０．００％；用氢溴酸槟榔碱泻下法检查了３５１只家犬，其中３８只有反应，２５只检出细粒棘球绦虫成虫，感染率为６５．７９％；调查结果表明当地包虫病流行严重，这与当地居民大多数家中养犬及家庭分散屠宰有关。
An epidemiological survey of cystic hydatidosis was made in Songshan of Tianzhu county inJune and July 1995.1 302 persons were tested by Casoni test and 157 subjects were found to be positive withpositive rate of 12.06%and out of 1 55 persons by IHA,101 subjects were positive with 65.16%positiverate;150 persons were examined with B-mode ultrasonography and 15 subjects were found to be cyst-carriersand the morbidity was 10.00%。351 dogs were detected with arecoline hydrobromide,38 of which were reac-tors and 25(65.78%)of these 38 dogs were found with Echinococcus granulosus.
