摘要
研究了实验性感染大肠杆菌对肉鸡股动脉压、肺动脉压和右心室内压的影响.结果表明:大肠杆菌感染肉鸡的股动脉收缩压、舒张压、平均股动脉压在1~7 d极显著下降(P<0.01) ,平均下降26.25%、27.72%、27.12%;股动脉收缩和舒张压最大变化速率第1天(41.86%、57.14%)和第2天(50.00%、70.27%)极显著下降(P<0.01);肺动脉收缩压第3天(23.57%)显著升高(P<0.05);肺动脉舒张压第1~3天(14.58%、54.61%和49.66%)显著升高(P<0.05);平均肺动脉压第2、3天(36.04%、36.27%)显著升高(P<0.05);右心室收缩压下降不显著,右心室舒张压第1、2天(80%和79.22%)显著升高 (P<0.05);右心室收缩压最大变化速率第1 天(44.46%)显著下降 (P<0.05)、第2天(54.35%)极显著下降(P<0.01);右心室舒张压最大变化速率第2天(70%)极显著下降(P<0.01).说明大肠杆菌感染严重影响肉鸡的肺及心血管系统机能,肉鸡呈现股动脉压下降和肺动脉压升高的低血流动力学特征.
This experiment was designed to investigate effects of inoculating experimentally E.coli in broiler chickens to the femoral artery pressure (FAP), pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and right ventricle pressure (RVP) of broiler chickens. The results showed that after inoculating E.coli in broiler chickens, FA systolic/diastolic pressure (FASP/FADP) and mean FAP (average dropping separately 26.25 %、27.72%、27.12%) of the broiler chickens decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01); the maximum rate of rise of FASP/FADP decrease significantly (P 〈 0.01) on the 1st day (41.86%、57.14%) and on the 2nd day (50%, 70.27%); pulmonary artery systolic pressure multiply significantly (P 〈 0.05) on the 3rd day(23.57%), and pulmonary artery diastolic pressure multiply significantly (P 〈 0.05) from the 1st to the 3rd days(14.58%、54.61%、49.66%), and MPAP multiply significantly (P 〈 0.05) on the 2nd and 3rd days (36.04 %、36.27 %), and right ventricle systolic pressure (RVSP) decrease, and right ventricle diastolic pressure (RVDP) multiply significantly (P〈0.05) on the 1st and 2nd days(80%、79.22%), and maximum increasing rate of RVSP decrease significantly (P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01) on the 1st (44.46%) and 2nd days (54.35 %), and maximum increasing of RVDP decrease significantly (P 〈 0.01) on the 2nd day (70%). Conclusions: The function of the pulmonary, heart and blood vessel system in broiler chickens were affected seriously, there were low hemodynamics with FAP fall and pulmonary hypertension in the development of colibacillosis in broiler chickens.
