Energy Saving Retrofitting Device of Propane Debituminization

南阳石蜡精细化工厂18×104t/a丙烷脱沥青装置是在原1 5×104t/a丁烷脱沥青装置基础上改建而成,改建后能耗高达39.71 kg标油/t。针对能耗高的问题,采取技术改造,优化操作等一系列节能措施,使能耗降低,在同类装置上具有推广应用价值。

15×10^4 t/a butane debituminization device was retrofitted to 18×10^4 t/a propane debituminization deice in Nanyang Paraffin Wax Fine Chemical Plant. After retrofitting, energy consumption was 39.71 kg/t highly. We aimed at the question of high energy consumption. After technology retrofitting and optimization op- erating, energy consumption was decreased.
