摘要
柔性管理是以人为本的管理,图书馆柔性管理是一个极富现实性、战略性和前瞻性的命题。文章首先阐述了柔性管理的内涵,然后分析了实施图书馆柔性管理的客观必要性和内在依据,最后,以“认识馆员”为前提,提出了图书馆柔性管理的运作方式。
The gentle management is the humanism management. The gentle management of library is the most real, strategic and prospective proposition. This paper expounds the content of gentle management first,then analyzes the objective necessity and the inside basis to implement the gentle management of library, finally,puts forward the operation method of the gentle management of library by knowing the librarian as the premise.
