摘要 目前,开展教育科研,已经成为农村中小学教师的一种追求。调查结果表明:教师有比较强烈的科研意识,显现出前所未有的科研积极性,学校领导也越来越重视教育科研。教育科研的氛围正在形成。然而,教师的科研能力还比较薄弱,研究能力有待提高,科研成果不多,遇到困难不少。因此,要进一步提高教师的科研意识,加强指导,提高科研能力,处理好教学与科研的关系,帮助教师解决科研中的困难,使农村中小学教师教育科研得到持续、健康的发展。 Facing the present curriculum reform of China's basic education, it is becoming a pursuit for the teachers of the countryside primary and middle schools to engage in educational research. How does it get on with? An investigation shows that teachers have a stronger research willing and motives than before, and schools' leaders are paying much more attentions to it, which has been pushing to develop an environment of research finally. However, there still exist the shortcomings of teachers' weak research abilities, less research achievement. So it is the key point to strengthen teachers' research sense, improve research guide and ability, manage well the relationship between teaching and research, settle some difficulties down for safeguarding teachers' educational research of the countryside primary and middle schools to keep a sustainable and healthy development.
