摘要
介绍一种基于VC++6.0的图像自动报警系统,在软件设计上,系统主要包括视频图像采集、视频图像预处理和运动目标检测等几个模块。该系统通过对运动目标的检测,实现了对非法侵入事件的自动报警。实际使用表明:系统图像质量高,稳定;误报率较低。该系统应用广泛,前景广阔。
In the paper, an automatic warning system based on VC ＋ ＋ 6.0 is presented. In terms of software design, the system involves several functional modules such as video image capture,video image pre-process and moton target detection. The system functions as detecting unauthorized personal entrance automatic alarming by detecting the motion target. The practical use of the system shows that the images are of high quality and steady, and the rate of false alarming is very low. Hence, it has extensive applications and promising prospects.
