摘要
用硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性A l2O3粉体。结果表明:通过对A l2O3粉体在水-油体系中的分散状态观察发现,改性后的A l2O3表面由亲水性变为亲油性;通过红外光谱(IR)分析可知,KH-570与A l2O3粉体表面发生了化学键合;经扫描电镜(SEM)观察到改性后的A l2O3粉体不再团聚在一起,得到了有效的分散。
Al2O3 powders are modified by surfactant KH-570. The results show that Al2O3 hydrophilic surface has been transferred to hydrophobic via modification by observing its dispersive state; chemical bond combination happens between KH-570 with Al2O3 powders surface by IR analysis; it is observed by SEM that Al2O3 powders modified are not agglomerated.
