摘要
安钢300mm棒材机组生产热轧带肋钢筋。由于终轧温度高、冷床冷却效果差,造成二次氧化气泡严重和钢筋性能不稳定,较大程度上影响了钢材的质量。对此,安钢通过实施控制轧制技术,有效解决了上述问题。
Due to the high final rolling temperature and the bad cooling effect of cold bed, which caused serious reoxidization bubble, unsteaty property of reinforcing bar, and influenced the final quality of steel to more extent, the problems mentioned have been solved by carrying out control-rolling technology in hot trip rolling of An Yang Steel φ300mm bar set.
