复方虎杖降脂胶囊中虎杖的鉴别和虎杖苷的含量测定

Identification and determination of Compound Huzhang capsule

目的建立复方虎杖降脂胶囊中虎杖的鉴别和虎杖苷的含量测定方法.方法采用TCL法鉴别虎杖,HPLC法测定虎杖苷的含量.结果虎杖苷在4.9～122.4 μg·ml-1与峰面积具有良好的线性关系;高、中、低3个浓度的平均回收率分别为99.2%、97.3%、99.07%,RSD分别为0.46%、0.27%、1.69%(n=3).结论建立的方法简便可靠,可控制复方虎杖降脂胶囊的质量.

OBJECTIVE To establish the identification and determination methods for Compound Huzhang capsule. METHODS Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati was identified by TLC. The content of polydatin was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The linear range of polydatin was 4. 9 - 122.4 μg· ml^ - 1. The recovery rates of three concentrations were 99.2 %, 97.3 % and 99.07 % with RSD of 0.46 %, 0.27 %, 1.69 %, respectively （ n = 3）. CONCLUSION The methods are simple, accurate, credible. It can be used to control the quality for Compound Huzhang capsule.
