大剂量rHuEPO改善肿瘤患者化疗后贫血的临床疗效

High dose of rHuEPO in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced anemia in patients with cancer

目的了解大剂量重组人红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)改善化疗患者相关性贫血并提高其生活质量的情况.方法 44例患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,第1、2天,治疗组sc rHuEPO 2×104 U,第3～10天减半,同时po铁剂力菲能150 mg和维生素C 100 mg,tid;对照组单用铁剂和维生素C.观察治疗前后血红蛋白和生活质量的变化及副反应.结果治疗组4周后的血红蛋白升高21.0 g·L-1、红细胞比容升高5.31%,对照组分别下降12.5 g·L-1、3.36%(P＜0.01);治疗组的总有效率为77.3%,而对照组为4.5%,差异有显著性(P＜0.01);治疗组生活质量评分升高,而对照组下降(P＜0.001);两组治疗后的输血率和输血量比较无显著性差异.结论大剂量EPO治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血安全有效,可提高血红蛋白水平,改善生活质量.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of high dose of recombinative human erythropoietin （rHuEPO） on the treatment of chemotherapy - induced anemia. METHODS 44 chosen cases were randomized into test group and control group. T- test was used to examine the obtained measurement data. RESULTS The average hemoglobin level with rHuEPO treatment had increased 21.0 g· L^- 1 in test group after 4 weeks and decreased 12.5. g· L^- 1 in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The average hemotocrit （Hct ） level had increased 5.31% in test group after 4 weeks and decreased 3.36 % in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. CONCLUSION High dose of rHuEPO in the treatment of chemotherapy - induced anemia is＂ significantly effective. It also improves the QOL of the patients received chemotherapy.
