旋入式自锁髓内针治疗胫骨干骨折55例疗效分析

Study of Fracture of Shaft of Tibia Treated with Screwing-type Bone Nail with Self-lock 55 Cases

目的探讨旋入式自锁髓内针治疗胫骨干骨折的临床应用。方法回顾性分析了55例胫骨干骨折患者采用旋入式自锁髓内针内固定法治疗的疗效。结果随访本组病例,无一例出现骨折不愈合及畸形愈合,无术后感染及锁钉折断弯曲。结论旋入式自锁髓内针较其它内固定材料操作简单,手术时间短,创伤小,出血少,并发症少且疗效可靠。

Objective To explore clinical application of screwing - type bone nail with self - lock treated fracture of shaft of tibia. Methods Retrospectively analyze the effect for 55 cases fracture of shaft of tibia treated with screwing - type bone nail with self - lock. Results Follow - up showed none happened to fracture disunion or malunion and none occurred to postoperative infection or bending of lock pin. Conclusion The operation with screwing - type bone nail with self - lock was simple, less time, little trauma, little bleeding, little complication and safe.
