复发性口腔溃疡109例临床疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Treating Recurrent Oral Ulcer in 109 Cases

目的探讨复发性口腔溃疡的临床治疗效果。方法按照就诊先后随机将109例患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗;对照组单纯采用西药治疗。结果远期治疗效果,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);近期效果,两组无大的差异,没有意义。结论中西医结合治疗适应于复发性口腔溃疡的巩固治疗,而对急性发作期的复发性口腔溃疡没有特殊的临床意义。

Objective To discuss about the clinical curative effect of treating recurrent oral ulcer（ROU） . Methods According to the registration order, patients were divided into treating group and contrast group from 109 cases. The treating group adopted western and traditional Chinese medicine;the contrast group simply adopted western medicine. Results There were remarkable difference between them in long - term curative effect （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; there were little difference in short - term effect and no significance. Conclusion Western and traditional Chinese medicine combination therapy adapted stable treatment of ROU, but there were no special clinical significance to acute recurrent oral ulcer.
