布替萘芬乳膏治疗股癣疗效观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Tinea Cruris with Butenafine Hydrochloride Cream

目的观察布替萘芬与克霉唑软膏治疗股癣的疗效比较。方法选择股癣患者60例,分2组。治疗组30例,对照组30例。观察组使用盐酸布替萘芬乳膏,每日1次,涂抹于患处,并且于治疗前后各做镜检培养1次,治疗2周;对照组使用1%克霉唑软膏每日早晚各1次涂抹于患处,并且于治疗前后各做镜检培养1次,共治疗2周,在就诊的第1周、第2周分别检查治疗效果。结果布替萘芬组痊愈率93.33%,有效率100%;对照组痊愈率70.0%,有效率80%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏是治疗股癣满意的药物。

Objective To investiga treatment of tinea cruris. Methods A study te the efficacy of Butenafine Hydrochloride Cream in the was conducted by the way of randomization and parallel control. One group was treated with 1% Butenafine Hydrochloride Cream for 2 consecutive weeks. As active control,another group was treated with i% Clotrimazole Ointment. Results In the Butenafine group ,the cure rate is 93.33% 80% respectively, with statistical Butenafine Hydrochloride Cream and the effect rate is 100% ,while in the control group is 70.0% and difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion i% is the satisfaeting agent for tinea ceruris treatment.
