重金属镉、铜对蚯蚓的急性毒性试验

Acute Toxicity of Heavy Metal Cadmium and Copper to Earthworms

采用滤纸接触法和人工土壤法,研究重金属镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)对安德爱胜蚓(Eiseniaandrei)的急性毒性。试验测得:滤纸接触法对该蚯蚓的半数致死浓度(LC50)分别为Cd1612.57mg·L-1、Cu584.93mg·L-1;人工土壤法对该蚯蚓的LC50分别Cd875.05mg·kg-1、Cu116.91mg·kg-1。表明Cu对该蚯蚓的毒性强于Cd。

The acute toxicity of heavy metal Cd and Cu to earthworms （ Eisenia andrei） was studied by the methods of both contact filter paper test and artificial soil test.
