摘要
温州地区采用深层水泥搅拌桩复合地基的某厂综合楼工程竣工后出现较大的沉降。利用锚杆静压桩对基础进行加固,由锚杆静压桩和水泥搅拌桩、土组成复合地基对工程进行地基处理。文中介绍了加固前后的承载力和沉降分析,提出了有效技术措施对基础进行处理,保证刚性桩、柔性桩、土共同作用。实测资料表明采取刚-柔性桩复合地基对加层建筑物基础加固是有效和可靠的方法。
A factory building with deep cement mixing composite foundation has a big settlement after the construction. The combination of static bolt-pressure pile and cement mixing pile are applied in treating foundation. This paper analyzes the beating capacity and settlement for the original foundation and reinforced foundation. Furthermore, effective technical measnses are taken in order to guarantee interaction between rigid pile, flexible pile and soil. Monitoring data suggests that it is a reliable method to adopt composite foundation with rigid - flexible pile in reinforcing foundation of building with storeyincreasing.
