摘要
目的应用生化方法制备二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺。方法以猪皮为原料在硫酸介质中水解分离得氨基乙酸,再经乙酸酐酰化、与乙二胺成盐制备二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺。结果本法制备的二乙酰氨乙酸乙二胺质量符合药用标准。结论本法收率91%(以氨基乙酸计),可深化水解氨基酸的综合应用,操作简单易行,适于生产。
Objective Ethyl enediamine diaceturate was prepared by biochemical conversion. Methods Ethyl enediamine diaceturate was prepared from pigskin as the material by hydrolysis (in sulfuric acid medium) and separation first, then cylation with acetic oxide and salt-forming with ethylenediamine. Results Ethyl enediamine diaceturate prepared by that method accord the quality standard of pharmaceutic. Conclusions The method enlarge operate simply and suit production.The yield was 91% (based application of amino acid hydrolysis , on aminoacetic acid).
