The 11th China Fashion Design New Talents Award Appraisal,co-organized by FIRS Group and China Fashion Association,was completed at Beijing Hotel on the 17th of November.After a series of selections,which includes three-dimensional cutting,effect Illustration,and on-the-spot garment evaluation,10 contestants were awarded the prizes for new design tatents.
