摘要
目的:总结罕见的肺淋巴管肌瘤病(PLAM)的高分辨率CT(HRCT)变化,提高对PLAM的认识。方法:回顾分析3例经病理证实的PLAM患者胸部HRCT改变。结果:3例患者胸部HRCT表现为两肺多发、均匀分布的薄壁囊状影,直径数毫米至3 cm,囊壁厚约1mm,囊状影无区域分布差异。其中1例患者右侧液气胸,1例右侧气胸。结论:HRCT对PLAM的显示有重要作用。
Objective： To investigate high resolutoion CT （HRCT） manifestations of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis （ PLAM ）. Methods ： The pulmonary HRCT in 3 patients with histopathologically proved PLAM were retrospectively analyzed. Results： HRCT showed bilateral, diffuse thin walled cysts throughout both lungs in all 3 cases. The cystic air spaces ranged in diameter from a few millimeter to 3 cm. One case was complicated with right side hydropneumothorax and another case with right side pneumothorax. Conclusion ： HRCT is a valuable modality in the diagnosis of PLAM.
