摘要
介绍了板材连续剪切变形方法的基本原理及特点。以轧制态的工业纯铝板材为研究对象,经分析,按C路径5道次的连续剪切变形后,板材的显微组织明显得到细化,并且呈现出大角度、等轴晶态;变形后的板材的抗拉强度由轧制态的240MPa提高到360MPa左右。
The basic principle and Characteristic of continuous confined strip sheafing were introduced. The industrial pure aluminum were the object of study. The analysis shows that the microstructure was obviously improved and showed high - angle, equiaxis grains after 5 passes of eontinous sheafing deformation through C channel. The tensile strength was improved from 240MPa 360MPa alter deformation.
