造血系统恶性肿瘤外周血干细胞分离冻存及其临床应用

Stem Cells and It's Application in Hematopoietic Isolation and Cryopreservation of Peripheral Blood in Malignancies

报告应用ＨａｅｍｏｎｅｔｉｃｓＶ５０ＰＬＵＳ血细胞分离机对４例造血系统恶性肿瘤病人进行外周血于细胞采集、冻存的结果，第１次完全缓解早期４例病人均能收集到足够的外周血干细胞量进行自体移植，１例病人静脉应用动员剂ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ（生白能）能提高外周血于细胞的采集效率，初步观察到化疗药物的累积损害对外周血干细胞的采集有不利影响。未发现冻存时单个核细胞浓度变化对它和粒单祖细胞的回收率有明显影响。

In this paper we reported the results of isolation and cryopreservation of peripheral blood stem cells and it's application in hematopoietic malignancies.Suffcient peripheral blood stem cells could be obtained from four patients during the first complete remission for trans plantation,GM-CSF infusion in one patient significantly mobilized the peripheral blood stem cells.The degree of chemotherapy had hamfull effect on collect of the stem cells.In our study,the effect of the cell concentration during cryopreservation on the recovery of GM-CFU was not observed.
