论教师应激心理的调适与组织措施

摘要 应激是一个复杂的心理现象,适当的应激状态,可以使机体处于激活和唤起中,提高人的整体应变能力与反应能力。但是,如果长时间地处于高度的应激状态,则对人的心理健康有着极大的危害。教师由于受着学校的物理环境、人际环境、管理环境及个人心理环境等因素的影响,经常会处于高强度的压力与应激状态。了解与掌握使教师产生应激心理的应激源,创设良好的工作环境,采用科学的方法对教师的应激心理进行调适,是学校管理者的重要职责。 Meeting an emergency is a complex psychological phenomenon and appropriate emergency will enable the organism to be in the state of being activated and aroused and can improve people's abilities of meeting an emergency and making a response. However, long and too much emergency will do great harm to people' s psychological health. Due to the physical environment, interpersonal environment, managing environment and personal psychology environment of schools, teachers are always in the state of pressure and emergency of strong intensity. The great responsibility of school managers is to learn about the root causes of teachers' emergency psychology, build a good working environment, apply a scientific method in adjusting teachers' emergency psychology.
