鼻内镜下等离子体下鼻甲减容术治疗变应性鼻炎

The coblation plasma reduction of inferior turbinate of allergic rhinitis under endoscope

目的探讨下鼻甲等离子减容术对变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析32例变应性鼻炎患者,男20例,女12例,采用药物治疗后鼻塞仍无明显改善,用等离子手术系统在下鼻甲粘膜下打孔,分析其疗效。结果疗效在3个月随访时判断,结果显效19例(59.38%),有效13例(40.63%),总有效率100%。结论对于药物治疗欠佳的变应性鼻炎患者,等离子下鼻甲减容术可以明显改善鼻塞症状。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of coblation plasma for the reduction of the volume of inferior turbinate in allergic rhinitis under endoscope. Methods 32 patients complaining of nasal obstruction and failing to respond to medical treatment were enrolled. Under superficial anesthesia, 2 or 3 punctures in each inferior turbinate were made with radiofrequency probe. After 1 week, the first, second, third, sixth month and one year, the patients were followed. Results After 3 months follow-up, 19（59.38%） were prominent effective, 13（40.63%） were effective, the total effective rate was 100% . Conclusion The surgery of colblation plasma is a simple and an effective operation capable of reducing the volume of inferior turbinate, which can effeciently improve the nasal obstruction symptom of allergic rhinitis.
