目的探讨肾下垂的手术治疗效果。方法采用带蒂腰大肌肌膜瓣行肾固定手术治疗肾下垂。结果通过该术式治疗肾下垂患者82例,获得98.9%的满意疗效。无明显并发症。结论带蒂腰大肌肌膜瓣固定肾脏治疗肾下垂,操作简便,术后恢复快,远期疗效可靠。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of surgery for the treatment of nephroptosis. Methods The kidney fixation was used to treat nephroptosis by means of the pedicled muscle psoas major with muscle film petal. Results The kidney fixafion was success-fully performed on all the 82 patients by this operation type;with 98.8% satisfied curative effect;no the obvious complication occurred. Conclusion Taking the pedicled muscle psoas major with muscle film petal fixs kidney for the treatment of nephroptosis has the advantages of operation simple, rapid recovery and the long-term curative effect dependable,
