摘要
试验通过饲喂高脂饲料创建家兔高脂模型,配以山楂、马齿苋、甘草为降脂基础配方,分别加以杈枝鸦葱等、镰叶碱蓬等、泽泻及芹菜组成配方1、配方2、配方3,通过测量总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等5个指标,经过28 d的治疗,结果表明:3个配方均有降血脂作用,但配方1效果作用最好。
Feeding fight fat materials abundantly, experimental rabbit with high blood fat can be got artificially,Crataegus sanguinea C. kOCh, Portulaca oleracea L, Glycyrrhiza uraiensis Fisch are mixed to get a fundamental prescription together, then adding Scorzonera divaricata ete, Scrassifolia Pall ete, Alisma plantage aguatica L and Aegopodium alpestre Ledeb to it separately, thus, we make three kinds of prescriptions. Though measurement of five parameters： CHO,TG, HDL- C, LDL- C, those rabbits during 28 days, treating shows that all the blood fat can deerease, but the effect of prescriptions 1 is best.
