摘要
针对多元统计中主成分分析方法在复杂环境系统质量综合评价应用中的局限性,在对传统方法进行一系列改进的基础上,建立了主、客观指标赋权方法优点相结合的环境质量综合评价分层构权PCA模型,并基于该模型方法给出47个中国国家环境保护重点城市的污染与环保现状的评价实例.实证分析的结果表明:这是一种适合于复杂系统环境质量综合定量评价、稳定性较好且切实有效的方法模型.
Against the limitations of Principal Component Analysis (one of main Multivariate Statistical Analysis methods) in quality assessment for complex enviromnent system, this paper builds the multi-layer weighted PCA model by making some refinements to traditional method based on synthesizing the merits of subjective and objective weighting methods. The paper also gives the assessment example of 47 main cities in China, which indicates this model could be an effective and practical way to comprehensive quantitative assessment for complex environment systems with high stability.
