An Amendatory Multi-path Traffic Assignment Method on Lingering Response Information

对行驶者的一种特殊的路径选择行为进行研究,提出了延迟反应信息及其影响区的定义.通过分析延迟反应信息影响下行驶者出行路径选择规律,对传统多路径交通分配方法进行了修正.重点对修正分配法中的几个关键问题,如延迟反应信息的影响区域的描述及二次路径选择起点的确定方法、多个延迟反应信息源间的联系以及它们对分配过程的影响的处理、二次分配过程的控制方法等,进行了详细讨论,最终给出新的多路径分配算法及算例,为交通影响分析、城市道路交通管理方案的制定以及交通规划等工作提供决策依据.

A special route-choosing behavior of trippers is discussed and the definition of Lingering Response Information （LRI） is defined in the paper. BY taking trippers＇ chooses on LRI into analysis, the traditional multi-path traffic assignment method is improved. Some key questions, such as how to describe the LPI influence area and confirm the origin of second route choosing, how to deal with the relation of many LPI fountainheads and their influence to traffic assignment, and how to control the process of second assignment to make assignment outcome practical, is expatiated in detail. Finally, a new advanced multi-path traffic assignment algorithm and an operation example are offered. The new assignment method could make references to traffic influence analysis, constituting the urban traffic management measures, transportation planning and so on.
