河南省外向型经济发展的现状与对策研究

分析了河南省外向型经济发展的现状,并以此为基础提出了若干对策建议;河南具有稳步提升的经济实力、比较丰富的自然资源、博大精深的中原文化、得天独厚的区位条件、日益完善的基础设施等方面的优势,利用外资成效显著、开发区建设势头良好、对外经济合作步伐加快,但也存在不少问题;在谋求全省外向型经济发展过程中应十分注意提高FDI利用效率、努力培育新的经济增长点、加快产业结构调整。

The present characteristics and some counter-measures for Henan province to develop its outer-oriented economy are discussed in details in the paper, The authors believe that there are many advantages for Henan to develop outer-oriented economy, such as the better- and-better economy, abundant resources and so on, At present, the outer-oriented economy is in a good developing situation, but there are still some problems. In the future, in order to progress the outer-oriented economy, Henan province should take some useful strategies and some counter-measures.
