白灵菇液体深层发酵多糖的提取 被引量:6

摘要 本文对白灵菇菌株液体深层发酵液中胞内、胞外多糖的提取工艺进行了研究。通过单因子试验和正交试验结果得到胞内多糖的提取工艺参数:温度60℃,提取时间2h,提取次数为2次,加水倍量为35倍。胞外多糖的提取工艺参数:浓缩比为1/2、浓缩温度60℃、醇沉终浓度75%、pH6.0。 The extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Submerged Fermentation of Pleurotus ferulae was studied in this paper. The result showed that the optimal extraction conditions of intracellular polysaccharide, as determined by single factor test and orthogonal test , were 60℃, 2h each time, extracting twice and adding H20 volume 35 times as much as sample . The optimal extracting condition of extracellular polysaccharide were enrichment ration: 1/3, enrichment temperature:70℃, final concentration of ethanol: 65% and optimal pH: 6.0.
