摘要 本研究在含40μIU/ml胰岛素的生理溶液环境中,用正常血压大鼠动脉血管研究在高胰岛素环境中,酚妥拉明及妥拉苏林拮抗去甲肾上腺素(NE)的缩血管作用。实验结果表明,在高胰岛素环境中,α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明和妥拉苏林拮抗NE缩血管作用明显减弱。药效动力学参数表明,高胰岛素环境中酚妥拉明和妥拉苏林作用亲和力指数和作用强度明显减小。实验结果提示高胰岛素能降低α受体阻断剂拮抗NE缩血管的效能。 The antagonistic effects of phentolamin(PL) and tolasuline(TS) on norepinephrine(NE)-induced vasoconstriction were investigated in vitro on aortic rings of normotensive and spontaneously hypertensive rats in Kreb-Henseilet solution containing 40μIU/ml insulin.The results showed that in the presence of high level insulin,the antagonistic actions of α-receptor blocking agents,PL and TS,were markedly decreased.The pharmacodynamic parameters indicated that the affinity index and action intensity of PL and TS were significantly reduced in solution containing high level insulin.The experimental results showed that high concentration insulin could decrease the antagonistic effects of α-receptor blocking agents on NE-induced vasoconstriction.
