摘要
基于对某型号汽车离合器盖的结构工艺性分析,提出了一套合理有效的成形工艺。介绍了拉延成形工序中使用的拉深模模具的设计、结构和工作过程。该模具现已投入生产使用,工作流畅、可靠,制件质量符合要求。
Based on structural processing analysis of one kind of automobile clutch shell,a reasonable and effective shaping process was proposed. Die design,structure,working process in drawing forming operation are discussed. The die has already been applied in the production where reliable product quality can be obtained with fluent working process.
