为了提高客车装配精度,解决装配置量不稳定的问题,依据高档豪华大客车前风窗玻璃装配精度要求,制作了一种较简便、适用、精度高的前围骨架窗止口检具,确保从产品到检具之间数据的一致性。主要介绍该检具的制作方法。

To improve windscreen fitting accuracy of luxury bus,a simple,suitable and high accuracy windshield frame spigot inspection device is fabricated to guarantee the data consistency between the product and the inspection device according to the assembling accuracy requirements of luxury bus windshield glass.The fabrication method of the inspection device is presented in this paper.
