Study on the Extraction Solvent in Producing Caprolactam by Toluene Method

世界上已经工业化的己内酰胺制备方法中的萃取精制工艺主要有苯法和甲苯法。甲苯法萃取工艺设备、能耗、物耗均比苯萃取工艺大。通过对部分有机溶剂的萃取性能测试,研究开发出了一种新萃取剂——苯/环己烷混合萃取剂。

Nowadays,there are two extraction mutes to purity caprolactam in modem industrial of the world （process of benzene and toluene）. Because the extraction with toluene is much more than with benzene in equipment the cost of energy and materials. However, Based on a laboratory-scale extraction experiment using many orgainic solvent as extraction solvent, a newproeess fortheeontinuousextraetionofeaprolaetam from crude lactarn with benzene andeyelohexaneas mixed-solvent is developed.
