胃癌中VEGF、P53、CD34和端粒酶的表达及相互关系

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、P53、CD34和端粒酶的表达对于胃癌血管生成的影响及可能的分子机制。方法:用免疫组化的方法观察95例手术切除的胃癌标本VEGF、P53、CD34和端粒酶表达情况。结果:微血管密度(MVD)值与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移和远处转移有关,与VEGF,P53,端粒酶的表达呈正相关。VEGF表达与肿瘤组织学分型和淋巴结转移有关,P53蛋白表达与肿瘤的组织学分型有关。端粒酶表达各组间差异均无统计学意义。P53表达与VEGF表达有关,端粒酶与VEGF、P53无明显相关。结论:突变型P53可通过对VEGF的调节来促进肿瘤的新生血管生成,端粒酶通过不同于P53的途径对血管生成有一定的促进作用。 Objective: To study the effects of the expressions of VEGF, P53, CD34 and telomerase on angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma and the possible molecular mechanisms. Methods: Expressions of VEGF, P53, CD34 and telomerase were detected by immunohistochemical assay from 95 gastric carcinoma specimens. Results: MVD was correlated with age, sex, tumor differentiation, tumor invasion in depth, lymph node metastasis, and it was positively correlated with VEGF, P53 and telomerase expressions. VEGF was correlated with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis, and P53 was correlated with tumor differentiation. There was no significant difference in telomerase expression among the groups. P53 expression was correlated with VEGF expression, and telomerase expression was not correlated with VEGF and P53. Conclusion: P53 may play a crucial regulatory role in angiogenesis through regulation of VEGF. Telomerase can induce angiogenesis in gastric carcinoma through a pathway different from P53 does.
