脉络宁注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变疗效观察

An observation of the curative effects of mailuoning injection on ischemic optic neuropathy

目的：观察脉络宁对缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法：观察组４０例患者每次用脉络宁液２０ｍｌ加入５％或０．９％氯化钠注射液２５０ｍｌ～５００ｍｌ静滴；对照组３２例患者用激素治疗。比较两组治疗前后视力和视野改变。结果：观察组３２只眼（７１．１％）视力恢复到１．０以上，视野缺损消失者１２只眼（２６．７％）；而对照组仅１２只眼（３４．３％）视力恢复到１．０以上，视野缺损消失６只眼（１７．１％）。两组出院后视力和视野比较均Ｐ＜０．０１，有显著性差异。结论：脉络宁注射液对治疗缺血性视神经病变是有效的。

OBJECTIVE:To observation of the curative effects of mailuoning injection onischemic optic neuropathy.METHODS:Forty patients in the observation groupwere treated byintravenous drip of 20 ml mailouning mixed with 250～500ml 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chlorideinjection while 32 patients in the control group were treated with hormone.The changes of the visu-al acuity and the visual field of the patients from both groups before and after the treatment werecompared.RESULTS:In treatment group,the visual acuity of 32 eyes(71.1%)reached 1.0 ormore, The defects of visual fleld of 12 eyes disappeared.In the control group,only 12 eyes reachedvisual acuity 1.0 or more,and there were only 6 eyes for which the defect of visual fleld disap-peare.The visual acuity and visual fleld ofthe patients from two groups were also compared afterthe patients left hospital,and there was obvious difference(P< 0.01.)CONCLUSION:Mailouningis effective for treating ischemic optic neuopathy.
