摘要 本文分析了传统外语教学网站的体系结构和功能,指出了其客户机/服务器的网络计算模式的不足.Peer to Peer(P2P)的系统架构能够充分利用每一个在线节点的计算能力和通讯带宽,能够很好的提供学生间、学生和教师间、教师间的在线交流和资源共享.本文提出了一个基于P2P的外语教学系统,能够有效的弥补传统教学网站的不足,对P2P技术在多媒体网络教学方面的应用进行了探索. The analysis of the structure and function of the conventional foreign language teaching websites shows the shortcomings in their client/server network computing. The system structure of Peer to Peer (P2P) can make full use of the computing and communication capacity of every on-line node, which greatly facilitates the on-line communication and information sharing among students and teachers. This paper proposes a P2P-based foreign language teaching system to make up the disadvantages of the conventional teaching networks, and explores the application of P2P in multi-media network teaching.
