摘要
本文从分析大学英语语音语调教学的必要性和语音语调教学现状着手,提出大学英语语音语调教学现存的一些问题;并在前人研究的基础上,结合笔者的调查研究和其他教师的教学经验,本着提高语音语调教学效率和质量、改善学生语音语调、提高学生听说能力的宗旨,提出语音语调知识体系创新和语音语调课堂教学手段创新的观点,力争在有限的课时内,运用切实可行的方法,激发学生学习英语的热情,增强师生之间的感情,改进大学英语语音语调教学的质量.
This article, starting from the point of necessary analysis of the phonetics and phonology status quo, first brings forth the problems existing, and then offers the solutions to the problems based on the findings of the previous researchers and our own experiments. We come to the conclusion that the improvement of phonetics and phonology can be done through emphasizing and enhancing the teaching quality and efficiency, through bettering students' pronunciation and their listening and speaking ability. Furthermore, our research has also indicates that the improvement process of phonetics and phonology teaching and learning can both stimulate students' interest in learning English and help them build confidence in learning English as well. At the same time, this process can also strengthen the teacher-student relationship.
