摘要
在催化剂存在下,双氰胺与甲醛(37%)发生亲核加成并分子间脱水得到大分子线状树脂,后者与水、氯化铵及多余甲醛依次进行水解、胺化加成及脱水缩聚等过程制得一种粘稠状(粘度大于0.3Pa·s)准无色透明液体(以下称“Y树脂”),这种新型玻璃纤维润滑剂可与水混溶.用它与SR-1树脂等复配成不同的增强型浸润剂后进行玻璃纤维成型加工与增强材料等实验,结果表明:较传统玻璃纤维润滑剂——固色剂G,Y树脂不仅成本低。
The condensation of dicyandiamide with aq. CH 2O(37%) and NH 4Cl to give a slow moving transparent water soluble liquid resin,which is referred to as Resin Y i.e. a new type glass fibers lubricants, its viscosity being higher than 0.3 Pa·s can be carried out in the presence of catalyst.The experiment about the forming process and reinforcing materials of glass fibers is done.The infiltrants made up from the comflex of Resin Y with SR-1 resin etc are used.The result of the experiment satisfied us.
