Study on the Competition Strategy of GDLC

本文主要研究广东省华大物流公司的发展战略。在研究了波特的竞争战略理论如何应用在物流行业中后,本文对华大物流公司所处的内部环境进行了SWOT分析,最后对华大物流可实施的发展战略进行深入研究。

This paper mainly study the competition strategy of Guangdong Huand Logistics Company （GDLC）.Based on the study of the applocation in logistics industry of michael porter＇s competitive strategy theory ,we do analysis of SWOT of GDLC＇s inner environments,Furthermore how to implement the competition strategies is studied deelpy.
