国有金融资产产权现状分析与交易微观平台构建

An Analysis of the Status Quo of State-owned Financial Assets Equity and the Building of Transaction Micro-platform

国有商业银行股份制改革与上市进程加速了国有金融产权可交易的可能。在此基础上构建一个专门的国有金融资产产权交易平台已经具有相对成熟的条件和现实意义。在分析国有金融资产的特有属性的基础上提出:搭建一个合理高效的中介平台的构架,以期对当前国有金融资产的产权深化改革提供一种可供参考的借鉴模式。

State-owned commercial banks＇ joint-stock system reform and listing procedure furthers the possibility of state-owned financial equity transaction. On this basis, relatively mature conditions and realistic significance are provided for constructing a specialized state-owned financial equity transaction platform. This paper, on the basis of an analysis on the unique attribute of stateowned financial assets, proposes that a framework of a rational, efficient intermediary platform should be set up so as to provide a reference model for deepening the reform of the current stateowned financial assets equity.
