摘要
通过对我国商业银行现行组织结构、管理方式、考核方式、授信风险管理方式、监督制衡机制的分析,提出我国现有的风险管理制度是激励不相容的,必须进行改革,并提出改进建议。
Based on an analysis of the present organizational structure and, management examination mode, the credit-granting risk management mode, and the supervising & balancing mechanism in China's commercial banks, this paper holds that the present risk management system in China is incentive-incompatible and that reform should be made. Some suggestions are also put forward in this paper.
